PhilSTAR Property was ON THE SCENE for Day 1 of the Anthology ASEAN Architecture Festival 2026: Shared Ground, bringing together architects, designers, and leaders from the Philippines and across ASEAN in historic Intramuros.
This year’s conversations explore architecture through care, culture, and collective futures.
Opening the festival, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso, and Anthology founder and curator Ar. William Ti Jr. reflected on how architecture can strengthen communities, carry culture forward, and create a more inclusive built environment.
Across Intramuros, the festival takes different forms:
📍 Foro de Intramuros — Anthology Talks, bringing Filipino and international architects into conversation.
📍 Centro de Turismo — Shelter Dialogues & Living Anthology, exploring architecture alongside governance and everyday life, with an evolving interactive exhibition.
📍 Teatrillo Casa Manila — Anthology Raw, where unfinished projects and ideas are opened up for critique and discussion.
📍 Plaza de Roma — Ground Works, collaborative installations that turn the ideas of Shared Ground into physical spaces.
Anthology 2026 continues through its final day on Sunday, October 4.
